MALA Holidays – Terms & Conditions for Visa, Travel & Holiday Services

These Terms & Conditions explain how MALA Holidays works with you when you use our services for visa consultation, travel assistance, holiday packages, and hotel bookings. By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.


Who We Are

MALA Holidays is a private and independent travel consultancy. We provide services including visa assistance, holiday packages, travel planning, and hotel bookings.
We are not affiliated with any government authority, embassy, or visa application centre and act solely as a third-party service provider to assist clients with travel-related processes.


Our Services & Fees

  • All consultation, service, and appointment booking fees are non-refundable once paid.

  • While we take all reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and completeness, the final decision regarding visa approval rests solely with the relevant Embassy or Visa Application Centre (VAC).

  • Appointment booking charges are separate from embassy or VAC visa fees, which must be paid directly to the relevant authority.

  • Express or urgent appointments may be charged at a higher rate than standard services.

  • MALA Holidays reserves the right to update fees, services, and policies at any time, with or without prior notice.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • Requests may be cancelled before an appointment or booking is confirmed. In such cases, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

  • Once a visa appointment, holiday package, flight, or hotel booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued, even if your travel plans change.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled visa appointment may require full payment again for rebooking.

  • Under distance-selling regulations, if you cancel within 14 days and we have not yet started work, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding administrative or nominal charges.


Important Limitations

  • We do not guarantee:

    • Visa approval

    • Visa type or duration

    • Number of entries

    • Processing time

  • Embassy and VAC decisions are entirely beyond our control, regardless of appointment type (standard or express).

  • MALA Holidays is not liable for delays, refusals, or losses caused by:

    • Embassy or VAC decisions

    • Courier or delivery services

    • Travel disruptions

    • Natural events, strikes, or system failures

Please do not send documents to our office address without prior confirmation from our support team. We are not responsible for unsolicited deliveries.


Document Safety

  • We handle client documents with care; however, we are not responsible for loss or delays caused by courier services or embassy handling.

  • We are also not liable for loss or damage due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, strikes, or technical failures.


Website Use & Liability

  • MALA Holidays is not responsible for technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions on our website or any third-party platforms we may link to.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.


Final Note

Each visa application, holiday package, and hotel booking is processed individually and in accordance with current guidelines. While we provide professional assistance, we cannot guarantee visa approvals, hotel availability, or specific travel outcomes.
